Shipping Policy

It is the policy of Springside Cheese Corp to ship our product in a manner that we feel will get it to its destination in a timely manner, as well as in a good and safe condition.

The following guidelines will be used by our shipping department when shipping product from our plant. We reserve the right to upgrade packaging materials and shipping methods at extra costs to meet our shipping policy.

Winter Months (depending on * Location and ** Condition)

• Monday – Tuesday: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air
• Wednesday: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air
• Thursday: UPS Next Day Air
• Friday - Sunday: No Shipping

Summer Months (depending on * Location and ** Condition)

• Monday – Tuesday: UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air
• Wednesday: UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air
• Thursday: UPS Next Day Air
• Friday - Sunday: No Shipping

* Location: locations such as Florida, parts of the Southwest, West, and East Coast determined by zip code, and the in transit time allotted by UPS for shipping will be taken into consideration when the final shipping method is to be determined.

** Condition: conditions such as extreme heat or blizzard warnings will be taken into consideration when the final shipping method is to be determined and what packaging materials are used to ship the product.

Since we are shipping perishable products we cannot ship products to arrive on non-business days. If we determine that, based on your selected shipping method, we cannot ship your package to arrive before the weekend, we will delay your order until the following Monday to ensure your perishable products will not spend time sitting in a warm warehouse over the weekend.

Return Policy

It is the policy of Springside Cheese Corp to ship our product in a manner that we feel will get it to its destination in a good and safe condition.

However, we will not be responsible for damage due to weather conditions or for any intentional or unintentional actions or neglect by UPS or the receiver.

It is for this reason alone, our inability to guarantee our product once it leaves our premises, that this policy is being instituted.

If, for some reason, you choose not to adhere to our recommendations please be advised that we will be held harmless for any incidents incurred either with the product or from consumption of said product.
